Andrew serves as Chairman of several of SPC's portfolio companies. Before founding SPC, he directed the private equity investment program in consumer products for William E. Simon & Sons. Earlier in his career, Andrew was an investment banker at Paine Webber, Inc., where he specialized in emerging growth companies. Andrew received an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB degree cum laude from Harvard University.

Roger Dickhout is currently President & Chief Executive Officer of Pineridge Group. Previously, as President & CEO, he led a turnaround of Canada Bread Company Ltd., and a consolidation of the commercial baking segment. Prior to that, Roger was a partner with McKinsey & Company Inc., a global strategic management consulting firm. There, he spent 15 years helping clients in Canada and around the world embark on new directions, lead organizational change, and improve operations. Roger is a registered Professional Engineer, has a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University and a M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario (gold medalist). He also serves on the Board of Directors of Gennum Corporation, Investeco, and World Wildlife Fund - Canada.

He was previously with the private equity sponsors group of Bain & Co., where he led due diligence projects for a number of private equity sponsors. Earlier, Mark was a management consultant with LEK Consulting where he specialized in valuations. Mark received an MS from the London School of Economics and a BA degree summa cum laude from the University of California at Davis.

Ms. Scott's experience also includes senior positions at Calcap Merchant Bank, Working Ventures Canadian Fund and Ernst & Young Corporate Finance. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto

Rob's experience also includes Deutsche Banc Alex Brown's Global Consumer Products investment banking team and several operating positions within Sara Lee Corporation. He received an MBA from Northwestern University (Kellogg) and a BS degree from Michigan State University. Rob is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Edmund is responsible for RCCI, the international concentrate and branded beverage unit of Cott Corporation, with bottlers in over 50 countries around the world. During his career at Cott, Edmund has held a number of senior management roles in Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Strategy, Marketing and Product Management. Earlier in his career, Edmund was Director of Strategy for Loblaw Brands in Canada and held the position of Research Associate with Harvard Business School. He received his MBA from Harvard University and a B. Comm from University College Dublin.

Craig joined Pineridge Group in 2008 to take a lead role in Pineridge's acquisition program and strategic initiatives by companies already in the Pineridge family. Craig has extensive experience in the food business in the manufacturing, retailing, and hospitality sectors. Immediately prior to joining Pineridge, Craig was a member of the Tesco team that developed the Fresh & Easy retail format in the U.S. Craig also has many years of experience as a strategy consultant, beginning with six years at McKinsey & Company, which he joined immediately after earning his MBA from Harvard Business School. Craig also has a Master of Science degree in Technology and Policy from M.I.T. and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Queen's Univeristy.

Dave joined Pineridge Group in September 2009. He has led the development of our selling organization for the foodservice channel. Prior to joining Pineridge Group, Dave was a proven industry executive with over 20 years of 'Tier-One' consumer packaged goods experience in North America. His strong leadership skills and industry experience will be a major asset in the expansion of Pineridge's business in the foodservice channel. Dave holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Toronto (Victoria College) and an MBA from the University of Guelph.

Frank joined Pineridge Group in early 2009 to take responsibility for strategic sourcing across the Pineridge portfolio. With more than 10 years of experience working for companies such as Maple Leaf Foods and Unilever, Frank brings to Pineridge a wealth of expertise in strategic sourcing, cost reduction, and commodity risk management. His past experience includes broad exposure to the sourcing of raw materials, packaging and indirect categories of production inputs. Frank also has experience as a dairy commodity trader and created an innovative hedging protocol for the "special milk class" program in Canada. Frank holds a degree in Operations Management from Centennial College.

Dominic joined Liberté in January, 2008, as Sustainable Development Coordinator and in March 2010 was named Director of Sustainable Development for Pineridge Group. Since early 2009 he has been leading sustainability initiatives at Oakrun Farm Bakery and Gourmet Baker, including Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), energy efficiency initiatives and packaging reduction. Before joining Liberté and Pineridge Dominic worked for six years as a sustainable development consultant. Dominic also acquired Life Cycle Assessment knowledge and experience while pursuing graduate studies at CIRAIG, the biggest LCA research center in Canada. Dominic holds a Master of Applied Sciences degree in Chemical Engineering - Environment from the Ecole Polytechique of the Université de Montréal and a B.A.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and a B.Sc. in Biochemistry - Biotechnology from University of Ottawa.

Richard has more than 25 years of experience in the packaged goods industries and joined Lavo in 1998. Prior to joining Lavo, he worked in Marketing and Sales for Unilever, Duracell and Sterling Drugs. Richard played a key role in Lavo's acquisition of Hertel brand in 1999. A few years later, he championed the repositioning of La Parisienne liquid laundry detergent which has resulted in rapid sales growth. Richard holds a bachelors degree in commerce from the University of Ottawa.

Prior to joining Lavo, he worked as Chief Financial Officer of Warnex inc., a public company on the TSX, Chief Financial Officer of Groupe Lactel, a privately held Canadian manufacturing dairy company selling in the retail, industrial and international markets and as a consultant in management and corporate finance for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Denis is a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelors degree in commerce from Hautes Études Commerciales (University of Montreal).

Dave has been with Gourmet Baker and Pineridge for over 10 years providing leadership and growth under the ownership of several U.S. multinational companies. Prior to that he worked with International Multifoods Bakery Products where he was Vice President of Sales. He has 27 years experience in the food industry where he has held several key senior management roles at the corporate, national and regional levels across several geographies and operating divisions throughout North America. Dave is a proven performer with a solid track record of building and retaining highly motivated teams that are results driven. Dave studied business administration at Concordia University and the University of New Brunswick.

Tony has been with Oakrun and Pineridge for over 13 years, helping to guide Oakrun through a growth curve that saw it grow over 12 times its size in revenues. Prior to joining Oakrun, Tony worked at Sara Lee Bakery in Canada for 10 years in various positions, finishing his time there as Director of Operations. He was part of a team that was able to sell the Canadian operation to Maplehurst Bakeries (Weston). He then worked as the General Manager of Maplehurst Bakery in Canada for just under two years prior to moving to Oakrun. Tony is a registered Professional Engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering from McMaster University.

Tom has been with Oakrun since 1993. Over the past 15 years he has managed Oakrun's financial requirements and systems as the company has grown from $12 million in sales to $150 million. Today Tom serves as Chief Financial Officer for both Oakrun and Gourmet Baker, which together form the Pineridge Bakery platform. Prior to joining Oakrun, Tom worked at CCL Industries as controller for CCL Labeling equipment divisions for Canada and the United States. Tom has been a Certified Management Accountant since 1990.
